nMB (National Mortgage Brokers)
MyLoanBook support for nMB commission statements is on the roadmap. What the parser will read, how statements arrive, and how to join the waitlist.
How statements arrive
nMB brokers receive commission statements through the group's broker platform each commission cycle. We are confirming the export format with nMB brokers before building the parser.
What MyLoanBook will read
- Client, loan account, lender, settlement date and balance.
- Payment-type fields for trail, upfront, discharge, arrears and clawback lines.
- The GST-inclusive commission paid to the broker after nMB's share.
Notes
- nMB brokers who share masked exports get early access to the parser.
- Calculators and guides work with nMB figures today.
- Support order is driven by waitlist demand.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use MyLoanBook with nMB today?
Not yet. MyLoanBook currently reads LMG commission exports. nMB support is on the roadmap; join the waitlist and we will contact you when a parser is ready to test with your statements.
What do you need from me to add support?
A few months of unmodified commission exports with the client data removed or masked, and ten minutes on a call to confirm how the columns are used. We build parsers from real statements, not documentation.
Will my data be stored during testing?
Files you share for parser development are used only to build and test the parser and are deleted once it ships. The public quick analysis on our home page never uploads anything.
