We already run a successful Australian mortgage brokerage. MyLoanBook shows our brokers what each client still has on the book — every active loan and current balance — and where trail income is quietly stopping.
Now we're opening it to brokers outside our own firm.

Which loans are still open, the balance the lender is paying trail on, and the fixed and IO dates — rebuilt from each statement, for every client on the book.
Client positionLost and gained clients each month, trail that disappeared, and borrowers making large repayments before they refinance.
Every loan inside its clawback window, time remaining and an exposure estimate based on the applicable schedule.
Manual reviews organised from settlement date, fixed expiry and IO conversion, with tasks and outcomes in one workflow.
A manual board that tracks each client from first contact through lender offer to confirmed outcome.
Retention
Set a hypothetical share of clients repriced proactively. This scenario assumes annual churn moves from 30% toward 15% as coverage increases; replace those assumptions with your own book data.
75 of 100 clients stay.

FAQ
It turns aggregator commission statements into a continuously maintained view of trail, missing income, book risk and retention opportunities. It is a back-book operating system that sits alongside your existing CRM rather than replacing loan origination.
Yes. MyLoanBook rebuilds each client's position from your commission statements: every loan still paying trail, the balance the lender calculated that trail on, and the settlement, fixed-rate and interest-only dates. Where a loan sits in offset, the offset balance is shown as an estimate derived from the trail actually paid, because lenders do not report it directly.
MyLoanBook supports multiple aggregator statement formats. If your commission statement uses a format we do not recognise yet, our dev team will add support within 24 hours of receiving the file.
No, and this website will not accept a commission file at all. The lost-trail example on the home page is an illustration built from fictional figures, so your statements are never handled outside the product. Real statements are read only inside the app, after an approved founding user creates an account and chooses to import them.
Founding plans are $39.50 for Trail Analysis, $89 for Pro and $149 for Complete per month, excluding GST. Trail Analysis is for one broker and trail tracking only; Pro adds one support user and the client-retention workflow; Complete is the multi-broker plan. Every plan is month-to-month with no lock-in. Production billing is not active yet; access is currently founder-led.
Australian mortgage brokers and small brokerages that need an accurate back book and a repeatable retention workflow without replacing the CRM they use to write new loans.
