Questions about the features.
Do I need to change my CRM?
No. MyLoanBook sits alongside whatever you use to write loans. It works from the commission statement, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing to keep in sync.
How often should I upload a commission file?
Every commission run, which for most aggregators is monthly. Each upload adds a month of history, and the month-on-month comparison is where lost trail and clawbacks show up.
Which features are in which plan?
Trail Analysis covers the analysis modules: dashboard, run-off, lender mix, clawback window and a quick valuation. Pro adds the action modules: review scheduling, the repricing board, client communications and alerts. Complete adds team seats, firm reporting, SMS and priority support. Each module above shows the plan it starts in.
Can my admin staff use it?
Complete includes three broker seats plus admin staff. Trail Analysis and Pro are single-broker plans; if your practice has support staff who work the book, Complete is the plan built for it.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
In Sydney, in the AWS ap-southeast-2 region, with each broker's data isolated at the database row level so no one else's account can reach it. No AI model reads your statements. We never sell or share client data; the security page lists every service we use and where it runs.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every table in the app exports to a spreadsheet, so the numbers are always yours to take elsewhere.
