What's the difference between the tiers?
Trail Analysis ($29/month) is for seeing it: upload your LMG commission file and get the trail dashboard, run-off and lender breakdown, clawback risk window, a quick valuation estimate and month-over-month history. Pro ($89/month) is for acting on it: everything in Trail Analysis plus review scheduling and reminders, the repricing board, client email templates, clawback alerts, action tracking and full valuation with adjustable multiples. Complete ($149/month) adds 3 broker seats plus admin staff, firm reporting, SMS and whitelabel comms, priority support and early access to new features.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Features above your plan are visible in the app but locked, with an upgrade prompt on each one, so you can see exactly what you'd get before switching. Upgrade from your dashboard at any time.
Is GST included?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Billing is monthly with no contracts or lock-in.
What is Broker Sidekick?
Brokers who are part of Broker Sidekick (brokersidekick.com.au) will get early access to new MyLoanBook features and some Sidekick-only tools. How membership is verified and what's included will be announced at public launch.
Which aggregators do you support?
We currently support LMG (Loan Market Group), which includes Nectar Mortgages, PLAN, FAST, Choice, and Loan Market. Connective, Finsure and AFG are coming soon.
How do I get beta access?
We are currently in beta. Email nick@digitalbrokerlabs.dev to request access and we'll onboard you personally.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256), stored in Sydney, and isolated per broker with row-level security in the database. Every account requires an authenticator app to log in, and no AI model ever reads your statements. The security page has the full detail.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in periods. Cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What if my firm has more than 3 brokers?
Complete includes 3 broker seats plus admin staff. For larger teams, email nick@digitalbrokerlabs.dev and we'll put together team pricing.
Do you offer phone support?
Email support on all plans with a 24-hour response time. Complete plan members get priority support.
Can I import historical data?
Yes. Upload commission files from different periods and we merge them to track your trail income over time.
