MyLoanBook was born from frustration. We saw too many brokers losing trail income because they were too busy writing new loans to protect the ones they already had.
The problem we saw
Australian mortgage brokers work incredibly hard to build their trail books. But once a loan settles, it often gets forgotten in a sea of commission files and new client meetings.
Meanwhile, clients refinance. Fixed rates expire. Clawbacks hit unexpectedly. And trail income, the income that represents years of relationship building, silently leaks away.

Who builds MyLoanBook?
Digital Broker Labs, based in Sydney. The team has worked in and around Australian broking and built MyLoanBook to solve the back-book problem they kept seeing.
Is MyLoanBook independent of aggregators and lenders?
Yes. No aggregator or lender owns or funds it. We read their statements so brokers can see what they were paid; we do not sell their products.
Does MyLoanBook give credit advice?
No. It is software for brokers. Everything on this site is general information, and the figures in the calculators are estimates that may not reflect your circumstances.
