LMG (Loan Market Group)
How MyLoanBook reads the LMG RCTI export used by Loan Market, Nectar, PLAN, FAST and Choice brokers: the sheet, the columns and what it shows.
How statements arrive
LMG issues a recipient created tax invoice each commission run through its broker platform. Brokers export it as an .xlsx workbook; the commission lines sit on a single sheet with one row per payment line and around two dozen named columns.
Format: .xlsx · sheet RCTILWNewExcel
What MyLoanBook reads
- Client name and loan account, used to match the same loan month to month.
- Lender, used for concentration analysis and lender-level trail rates.
- Settlement date, used to place every loan on its clawback timeline.
- Loan balance, used to derive the trail rate and to track paydowns.
- Payment type: TRAIL, UPFRONT, DISCHARGED, ARREARS and fee lines.
- Commission GST Inclusive, the amount paid to you after the split, which is the income figure throughout MyLoanBook.
- Lender Payment, the gross figure, kept for reference and never used as income.
Columns expected in the export
Notes
- Upload the export unmodified. Renaming columns, deleting rows or saving through another spreadsheet tool can change the sheet name or the date formats and the file will be rejected with a clear message.
- One file per commission run. Upload each month's file and MyLoanBook keeps the history, so the month-on-month comparison, lost and gained clients, and run-off are calculated from your own statements rather than estimated.
- The public quick analysis on the home page reads the same file entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded; it is a way to see the headline numbers before you request beta access.
Frequently asked questions
Which LMG brands are supported?
Any broker whose commission statement is issued by Loan Market Group: Loan Market, Nectar Mortgages, PLAN Australia, FAST and Choice all use the same export.
Which column does MyLoanBook treat as my income?
Commission GST Inclusive. It is the amount you actually receive after LMG's share. The Lender Payment column is gross and is never used for income, valuation or run-off.
What happens if a column is missing?
The file is checked before parsing. If the sheet or an expected column is not found you get a message naming what is missing, and nothing is stored.
Can I upload older statements to build history?
Yes. Upload as many months as you have, in any order. Each is matched by loan account so the timeline back-fills.
