Can I use MyLoanBook with Finsure today?
Yes, through assisted onboarding. Upload your original Finsure commission statement and, if the format is new to MyLoanBook, our dev team will add support within 24 hours. We validate the client, loan, lender, balance and paid-commission fields before the importer is used on the rest of your history.
What do you need from me to add support?
The original, unmodified commission export and a short confirmation of how its columns are used. We check the statement period, payment types, loan identifiers, balances and the amount actually paid to the broker. This lets us distinguish trail, upfront, discharge, arrears and clawback lines without relying on generic column guesses.
Will my data be stored during testing?
Files supplied for a new format are used for your account setup and parser validation under the product's data controls. Product data is stored in Sydney, isolated per account and never sent to an AI model. The public home page accepts no files at all: its lost-trail example is an illustration built from fictional figures.
